What the contact route will cover
The confirmed contact route will handle account access, billing, cancellation, refunds, privacy requests, copyright or content concerns, and accessibility feedback. Privacy requests may require identity verification.
Current purchasing status
Checkout is in Stripe test mode. No real payment is taken. Verified account-linked purchases add test credits, which can be used to create and save Briefs in the signed-in studio. Public launch must wait for confirmed contact details, finalized policies, and verified live delivery and billing.
