Preview status
These are launch-draft terms for the CuePack public test preview. The legal operating entity and contact details must be confirmed before a customer contract is offered. Live purchasing is off. Account-linked sandbox purchases grant test credits after payment verification; Brief generation and saving work in the signed-in studio. Sandbox purchases are not real-money payments.
What CuePack provides
One CuePack is one fully written song with twelve connected sections: Song Brief, Genre Tag Bank, Suno Settings, Copy-ready Fields, Structure Map, Vocal Direction, Alternate Styles, Pre-flight Checklist, Session Guidance, Sync Info, Alternate Hook, and Cover Prompt. It supplies written material and creative direction, not a recording. You decide what to keep, rewrite, and develop.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use an account you are authorized to access and provide accurate billing information when purchasing becomes available. Do not interfere with security, access another person’s saved work, introduce malicious code, or use CuePack to infringe rights, impersonate a real person deceptively, or violate applicable law. Access may be restricted to protect the service and users; a paid-service suspension and appeal policy must be finalized before launch.
Material you bring
You retain rights you already hold in your concepts and lyrics. Submit only material you have permission to process. Submitting a brief authorizes the processing, storage, and provider transfers needed to develop, save, and deliver your requested CuePack. It does not give CuePack ownership of your existing lyrics or permission to market your private work.
Using the writing
CuePack does not claim ownership of your original input. You may keep, revise, and use your delivered writing in your creative process, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Permission to use the service’s deliverable is not a promise that every AI-assisted element qualifies for copyright or that the writing is exclusive. Similar outputs are possible.
Creative and rights limitations
AI-assisted writing and recommended controls may contain errors or need revision. Automated text checks do not establish creative success, authorship, originality, rights clearance, or compatibility with every platform update. No hit, finished recording, placement, income, songwriter credit, or industry acceptance is guaranteed. Review your work and confirm any needed permissions before release.
Third-party services
Suno generates audio separately and controls its own plans, credits, settings, and use conditions. CuePack is not affiliated with or endorsed by Suno. Stripe hosts checkout; service providers have their own policies. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
Plans and access
The Billing & cancellation page describes the advertised prices, monthly credit balances, subscription renewal behavior in sandbox testing, and current test-only status. Completed songs remain available after cancellation. Failed attempts and automatic repairs do not use song allowance. Song Writer includes the written cover concept. Song Writer II and Song Writer III Studio can request generated artwork and a CuePack Song Promo Kit in the sandbox, each with its own displayed shared-credit cost.
Website and private system
CuePack’s branding, site design, and private system materials are separate from the writing delivered to you. A subscription does not license the underlying software, private instructions, or owner-only workflows for redistribution. Public catalog recordings illustrate the creator’s own work and are not included with your purchase.
Service availability and your rights
The preview may change or be unavailable while it is developed. There is no absolute guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free results. Nothing in these draft terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final contractual limits, applicable jurisdiction, eligibility, and dispute handling require confirmation before live sales.
